• Hand On experience on Various Vendor NMS/ EMS like Ciena , ECI , Marconi , Tejas.
• Written & Oral Communication skills.

- To form part of the Network Optimization /Customer Service Activation/Network Augmentation
• Major Activities
- Design of TCL Product Features into network
- Understand the Design Parameters,
- Design the solution into Database
- Clear ambiguity with NOC
- Co-ordinate with PM
• Network Augmentation & Update database
- Understand network designs and plan the augmentation
- Explain the plan to peers and team
- Communicate with Field Operations, NOC
• Network Optimization & Plans
- Identify Bandwidth Crunch Areas
- Plan Re-grooming the network
- Update the database
- Schedule the plan in OSS systems
• Synergy with Team
- Initiate network activities
- Feedback to reporting Manager
- Bring the team to the required level of functional expertise
• Network Learning & Process understanding
- Understand the network
- Communicate with peer goups
- Learn various tools & systems
• Problem Management:
- Identify critical areas of process/service deliver
- Escalation to reporting Manager.
