Desired Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Mandatory)

Job Description :

• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 2000, Windows2003 servers with knowledge of Windows 2008
• Basic Trouble shooting / Incident Management via Knowledge base
• Hands & Feet Support
• Preventive Maintenance
• User addition / deletion
• Disk Administration
• Applying tested patches
• Vendor Management for any hardware issues
• Regular Server Administration
• Day to Day activities as defined during the transition phase
• Management of backup & restores
• Eyeball Monitoring of the environment
• Logging tickets and escalation
• Generating weekly reports of the tickets logged
