Project scheduling and analysis Responsible for managing Risks and Issues Responsible for System Analysis, System Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support of IDS projects Responsible for managing changes during the execution of the project Responsible for executing the project within budget PMP certification Responsible for Project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking, and execution Responsible for Effort & Cost Estimation Implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines Responsible for ensuring that the Project deliverables meet the stringent standards of Quality established by the organization Resource administration / Team Management Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with clients, understanding their requirements and customizing the product / services accordingly. Handling clients queries, organizing periodic meetings to boost communication, provide regular status update & to resolve issues Responsible for high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
