Designation: Consultant / Senior Consultant
Qualification for all above positions: B.E / B.Tech / Bsc / M.E / M.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc /Mcom/ MBA

Skills required:
Requirement 1: PeopleSoft Technical
•Should have total experience of at least 6 to 11 years; peoplesoft Technical experience minimum of 3 years experience at least
•Should have maximum around 8 years experience in Peoplesoft HCM technical area
•Should have experience working in atleast 1 Peoplesoft HCM implementation
•Should have experience in upgrade from HCM 8.8 to a higher version like 8.9/9.0 or 9.1
•Should have experience in maintenance & support of Peoplesoft instances
•Key Essentials - Technical/Functional: Should have knowledge of upgrade process and has worked on Peoplesoft change assistant, People code, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Query experience XML Publisher
•Should have worked in various Peoplesoft modules like benefits administration, NA Payroll, Core HR, Self service
•Should have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the project & provide good suggestions


Requirement 2: Peoplesoft HCM Functional
•Should have total experience of at least 6 to 11 years; Peoplesoft HCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 2 Years to 6 years hands on experience in implementations and upgrades
•Should have worked in atleast 1 implementation and/or upgrade in the HR areas
•Should have experience in implementation of HCM 8.8, 8.9, 9.0 or 9.1
•Should have experience in upgrade from HCM 8.8 to a higher version like 8.9/9.0 or 9.1

Key Essentials - Technical/Functional:
•Should have worked in any of the following- Peoplesoft functional areas like Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee and Manager Self Service
•Should be able to understand customer requirements and map it to Peoplesoft functional areas
•Should be well versed in writing functional test scripts from a unit testing, system testing perspective
•Should have experience in Application and Data security setups
•Should have experience in Approval Workflow Engine
