Calcutta University PhD (Department of Bengali Language and Literature) Admission Notification 2011

University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme, to be offered in the session 2011. The course is being offered in the Department of Bengali Language and Literature. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the admission test, to be conducted by the University.

Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/. The application fee is Rs. 100 which is to be paid through proper challan obtainable from the University cash counter.The duly filled in application form, along with the counterpart of challan and requisite documents (details given in the website), should be submitted latest by November 31, 2011.
